Assumption University envisions itself as a Learning Organization supporting human development through life-long learning and knowledge management. The University has set up knowledge management policies, procedures and framework for governing the development and implementation of knowledge management of the University. In order to support this endeavor, the University appoints AU KM Working Team to mentor, monitor and support all Schools and Support Units for the development and implementation of their knowledge management plans to ensure that knowledge management policies, plans and procedures of Assumption University are implemented effectively. Each year, the University encourages and monitors Schools and Support Units to develop or manage their knowledge from the areas of their interest and expertise.
