To achieve the OPPQA’s vision and missions, OPPQA defined its core values as “Excellent Service Quality by Powerful Smart Office”. OPPQA has adopted the Baldrige’s core values for performance excellence framework as foundation for the achievement of Excellent Service Quality by Powerful Smart Office. OPPQA has transformed its office to become OPPQA Smart Office by transforming four components namely People, Information, Process and Service.
